FREE Hiking, Biking, and Paddling Opportunities

Do you want to explore new parts of the community where you live but are not sure how and where to get started? This fall, join the Carolina Thread Trail and Catawba Lands Conservancy on an Outdoor Adventure to discover beautiful scenic trails that run through your backyard!

Come on a group tour, meet like-minded people, and work up a sweat! We will show you some of the most convenient trails to get started on your new outdoor adventure.

Our group tours welcome all skill levels and will give you the tools and confidence to begin biking, hiking or paddling, on the Carolina Thread Trail’s Blueways and Trails.

Our guide will lead you safely through this outdoor adventure, provide basic instruction, and gear that you will need to have fun recreating outside. Each month we will explore a new trail or ride. We welcome all skill levels, especially beginners!
