Join us for a moderate, flat-water paddle on this interesting stretch of the Catawba River Blueway, part of the Carolina Thread Trail. We will paddle as a group and explore the shoreline within the 16-acre Long Creek Bluff Preserve conserved by Catawba Lands Conservancy. Come learn about the link between preserved land and water quality while having fun on the water!

This paddle is appropriate for paddlers of all levels, especially beginners.

This hike is in partnership with Catawba Lands Conservancy and Catawba Riverkeeper. This program is meant to connect everyone from beginners to experienced paddlers to resources in their community.
