Meet Us at Redlair for our Annual Meeting on May 4

It’s that time of year again for all of CLC’s conservation friends and supporters to meet at Redlair Farm & Forest for the 2013 CLC Annual Meeting! It will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at 9 a.m. and it’s free to the public!

Redlair, located at 144 Redlair Lane in Gastonia, is home to beautiful trails, endangered wildlife, streams and picturesque landscapes along the South Fork Catawba River. Immediately at the conclusion of the meeting, CLC will host several hikes – including a kid-friendly creek crawl and a self-guided hike – on this beautiful nature preserve.

Our Annual Meeting gives us an opportunity to highlight some of the great work we accomplished over the past year and showcase how our generous supporters, donors and volunteers who are an important part of keeping CLC and conservation efforts strong in our region. This meeting and hikes are free to the public!

So, mark your calendars today! We look forward to seeing you on May 4!

WHAT: 2013 CLC Annual Meeting and Hikes

WHEN: Saturday, May 4, 2013, at 9 a.m.

WHERE: Redlair Farm & Forest in Gaston County (144 Redlair Lane, Gastonia, NC 28056)

WHO: Everyone is welcome to attend. You can also pick up information and meet CLC staff and board members. This event is free to the public. Thanks for your support!

RAIN DATE (May 6):  In the event of inclement weather (rain, high winds, thunderstorms, etc.), we’ll hold our annual meeting on Monday, May 6, from 5-6 p.m. at our offices on 105 West Morehead Street in Charlotte. (The hikes would be canceled.) We’ll post a message on our website, Facebook page and send an email alert by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 3, if we cancel the meeting outdoors at Redlair.
