**In compliance with local North and South Carolina policies and current CDC guidelines regarding Covid-19, Catawba Lands Conservancy and Carolina Thread Trail are taking the following steps and exercising additional precautions to ensure the safety of program participants, volunteers, and staff:

• All programs outdoors
• Limit program capacity to 25 or fewer. This program’s limit is 10.
• All staff using masks
• Encouraging all participants to use masks and follow social distancing guidelines at all times.

Get outside and get active! Lace-up your walking shoes and join us on this leisurely group fitness hike on the Catawba Riverfront Greenway section of the Carolina Thread Trail (CTT) in Mt. Holly. We will meet in Tuckassagee Park at 10 am and walk just under 3 miles in total along this paved greenway with views of the Catawba River. Along the way we will stop at a few points to hear about the history of the Catawba River, Mt. Holly, and the importance of the greenways. Bring the dog, bring a friend, and let’s get moving!
