**In compliance with North Carolina regulations and current CDC guidelines, Catawba Lands Conservancy and Carolina Thread Trail are taking the following steps and exercising additional precautions to ensure the safety of program participants, volunteers, and staff:

• All programs outdoors
• Limit program capacity to 25 or fewer
• Limit programs to activities that more readily allow for adequate distance (kayaking, biking)
• All staff using masks
• Encouraging all participants to use masks

Join us on an evening bike ride through the Queen City. Bring your own bike, or hop on a FREE bikeshare bike provided by Charlotte B-Cycle. We will take a leisurely ride along Little Sugar Creek Greenway to Freedom Park and back along this paved section of the Carolina Thread Trail. We will make a few stops along the way to learn about the history of Little Sugar Creek and the transformation and restoration of this historic waterway. Please note that the bikeshare bicycles are only available in one size, so kids should bring their own bicycle and helmet to ensure a good fit.
