**In compliance with local North and South Carolina policies and current CDC guidelines regarding Covid-19, Catawba Lands Conservancy and Carolina Thread Trail are taking the following steps and exercising additional precautions to ensure the safety of program participants, volunteers, and staff:

• All programs outdoors
• Limit program capacity to 25 or fewer. This program’s limit is 15.
• All staff using masks
• Encouraging all participants to use masks and follow social distancing guidelines at all times.

Join us for a group bike ride. Ride along Riverwalk: Piedmont Medical Center Trail, part of the Carolina Thread Trail. We will ride beside the Catawba River and over this hilly, paved, and natural-surface trail by moonlight. Hear from the Carolina Thread Trail director, Bret Baronak, as he discusses the on-going development of the Thread Trail.  Join us and discover the beauty of the Thread Trail at night!

Details:

• Course: approx. 5 miles (2.5 out and back) of paved greenway
• Time: Tuesday, December 15, 6 pm – 7:30pm
• Parking: 575 Herrons Ferry Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730 MAP 
• Where to find us: Look for the Carolina Thread Trail registration table by the North Trailhead

We provide:

• Light snacks
• Extra headlamps and helmets
• Extra face masks and hand sanitizer

You should bring:

• Full water bottle
• Bicycle
• Helmet
• Headlamp and/or bicycle lights
• Personal Face masks and hand sanitizer
