We write and share so much information electronically online these days: all types of electronic messages…from notes, articles, texts, IMs, photos, and even simple “hellos”…in more social media outlets than we can manage or name!
Don’t get us wrong, we love social media! But, how about sharing information in person at the breakfast, lunch or dinner table sometimes, too – person-to-person, with your friends, family, co-workers, etc.? And, if you’re at a loss for words or for something to discuss, we’ve decided we’ll share a lot of great information with you to help fill your conversation appetite!
Introducing Table Talk Tuesdays, Catawba Lands Conservancy’s our new informational series to highlight conservation info, facts and history that you can share anytime and anywhere!
Every Tuesday, on Facebook and our website, we will provide basic facts and information (…think of it as a conservation 101 course!) – from history to new conservation findings – to help you and others learn about and share great conservation information that’s happening nationally and locally.
So, sit back and have a sandwich, salad or smoothie with your friends, family or co-workers and discuss our Table Talk Tuesday topics. And, of course, it’s okay to share our Table Talk Tuesday topics electronically within your social networks, too!
Our first Table Talk Tuesday topic for July 24 is all about conservation easements! Learn more: https://catawbalands.org/what-we-do/landowners/whats-a-conservation-easement/
