Jan. 21 – Nature Hike at Baxter Village Trail

*Pre-registration is required for this free program

This segment of the Carolina Thread Trail connects people to nature and our local ecosystem even as it also links hundreds of homes with the Fort Mill Library and numerous shops and restaurants. We’ll crisscross streams and trek our way down to the full expanse of the Catawba River- home to essential wildlife species and drinking water source for over 2 million people. During this nature hike, we’ll take in the beauty of the wintertime forest and see what we can learn from the topography, plants, and wildlife that we come across.
