Nature and your mental health

Research showing the connection between outdoor spaces and our mental health has multiplied over the past several decades. It’s something we all know but easily forget: connecting to nature is essential for our well-being. The Catawba Lands Conservancy and the Carolina Thread Trail exist to make sure residents in the Charlotte region will have access to health-enriching outdoor space forever.
