It’s time for runners from across the region to mark their calendars and start training for the Community Foundation of Gaston County’s annual “Run For The Money” 5k race and 2k walk. It will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012, in Downtown Gastonia.
Run For The Money offers a special opportunity for the public to leverage their contributions to CLC. When you donate to Run For The Money and designate Catawba Lands Conservancy as your chosen charity, the Community Foundation of Gaston County will match donations up to $10,000. The more money that’s raised through Run For The Money, the greater the match! From your contributions and support last year, we received $32,666 in donations!
