Sept 28 – History Hike with Gaston County Museum

We’re teaming up with the local history experts at the Gaston County Museum of Art & History to explore the emergence of the textile mills and civil war history in Gaston County. The Seven Oaks Preserve Trail is a segment of the Carolina Thread Trail which meanders next to the bank of Lake Wylie, a reservoir on the Catawba River.

These free programs are provided by the Catawba Lands Conservancy and the Carolina Thread Trail. To show your support and continue this programming for years to come, become a CLC donor or CTT donor today.
