CLC Gets Grant to Fund Bridges Along the South Fork Trail

Catawba Lands Conservancy is pleased to announce that we received a $12,037 grant from the Glenn Foundation to fund two new bike/pedestrian bridges along the South Fork Trail. This two-mile trail opened in 2009 and is on our Pharr Yarns Preserve in Gaston County.

The bridges will provide key connections across a few tributaries along the trail. Construction is scheduled to begin within the next several weeks and conclude by late summer. Thank you Glenn Foundation for the grant and support!
